Why Breathwork
in the Workplace?

Hello
there!
Breathing - it's the first thing we do and the last. It happens without you thinking and often many of us don't pay much attention to it.
Until now.
I know, I know, you and your team are already breathing... but not like this.
Breathwork represents a type of active meditation which is great for people who find it difficult to meditate. Intentional breathwork and paying attention to your breath, according to many, can hold the keys to better health, wellbeing and energy. Many people who try breathwork also claim to create a greater spiritual connection and the practice is used by many as a tool for intuition, purpose and inspiration.
That's all well and good, but how is breathwork going to be good for your business? Allow me to show you why I believe breathwork can be used to enhance, improve and grow your business.

A little about me
I am a Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator & Kundalini & Hatha Yoga Instructor. Through self exploration & transformation during my own life transitions, I made the decision in 2016 to become a Life Coach with a focus on Trauma Informed Breathwork facilitation. I support individuals & groups in powerfully navigating through stress, anxiety & overwhelm with clarity, confidence & inspiration. Through the power of breathwork, I have seen lives change.
I coach clients, privately and in group settings. I also host workshops, wellness summits & worldwide retreats.
I am passionate about sharing my experiences and knowledge with the world, aspiring to leave lives a little better than when I encountered them. My highest values are self-exploration, connection, team building, contribution & playfulness. All of my offerings will include these vibes. I pride myself in creating experiences where my clients know they are safe to "feel" and I encourage curiosity, playfulness, self-exploration and the building of a TRIBE.
I love the outdoors, traveling, learning new things, building relationships and searching for new possibilities of creating the most extraordinary life, for myself, my family and my community.
I have watched, first hand, how breathwork reduces stress and anxiety, helps with decision making and increases productivity, creativity and mindfulness.

Employee wellness and well-being are overriding factors at the workplace. Individuals who are physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually sound tend to perform better at work. Issues like stress, poor lifestyle choices, etc, limit one's capability to accomplish excellency at work. And, identifying the issues in employees and offering them support is something every corporation must offer.

Testimonials
"I opened up to my truth and regained my self-confidence more in one session with Shannon than I have in 5 years of therapy. She created a safe space and facilitated a journey for which I’ll be forever grateful. In the week since we first worked together, I have overcome major fears and already made great strides on the path back to my truest self and to creating the life I’ve dreamed of. If you do one thing for yourself this year, allow Shannon to teach you how to harness the power of your breath."
Tammy H
"Shannon has been an instrumental part of my emotional and wellness journey! She has given me such a safe space to really explore my happiness and well being personally and professionally . I am learning my strengths and boundaries through her breath work class. I am forever grateful to her for guidance on becoming my best true self."
Rhonda K
"It’s time we realize Food. Movement. Breath. Connection and Community are forms of healthcare. And I have you sweet Shannon for introducing me to such beauty of self love, openness. THANK YOU! Thank you for opening my eyes and showing me that self healing are natural forces that are within us and are the true healers of our souls and bodies.
